After realizing how many families were being forced out of their homes due to financial difficulties, Kimberlee had a heartfelt obligation to use her experience to help those families. She has mitigated and closed over 500 short sales with the mortgage companies, saving Sellers from going into foreclosure. In 2006, Kimberlee and her family moved to Florida. I am not just your typical Realtor, I became homeless myself and experienced first hand whats it’s like not to have a roof to sleep under.  

I am originally from Manila, Philippines; I finished college at the Lyceum of the Philippines with the degree of Bachelor of Science in International Studies, major in Political Science. My first job when I first immigrated here in the United States was a Nursing Aid, taking care of mentally challenge kids. I also used to work at Disney in housekeeping and as an attraction hostess. 

This job was exciting at the beginning, maybe because I had an opportunity to meet a lot of famous people, like Lady Diana, Oprah, Brad Pitt, Michael Jackson, Hillary Clinton and lots and lots of other celebrities.   I set a goal that I was only going to work at Disney for 15 years and I did exactly that, then I quit and I started my own business, selling merchandise at the flea market.  I enjoyed having a direct contact with the public. 

While I was at the flea market, I was still looking for more business opportunities that I could join and I continued going to real estate seminars trying to learn more about real estate. I met my mentor in one of these real estate seminars and we have been great friends since then.  

I am now a realtor and currently have an SFR Designation, which stands for Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.  

Personal Life:  I have been happily married for 24 years and blessed to have a son.  I was raised with 9 siblings in my family and I personally know what it’s like to sleep in one bedroom with the rest of the family. 

Religious Beliefs: I am a Christian who reads and study’s the Bible.  Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior.
